Enter your information and select the topic either ‘Device/Accessories Damaged or Not Working’ or ‘Lost/Stolen Phone’. Then, enter your requests and click on Submit.

Cintex Wireless Replacement Phone: The Scenarios

When getting your Contex Wireless Replacement, it’s important to understand the different scenarios that can arise.

Free Replacement

If you have not received a prior free replacement phone and have been active with Cintex Wireless for at least 6 months, Cintex Wireless will check the phone’s usage and troubleshoot with you. They will then offer a free standard replacement phone with a 15-day warranty from the shipped date. However, keep in mind that you won’t be able to get another new replacement phone until 6 months have passed after you received the previous one.

Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged Phone Replacement

If your phone is lost, stolen, or damaged, and you have been an active Cintex customer for at least 6 months, Cintex will inspect the phone’s usage before issuing you a standard replacement phone with a 15-day guarantee from the delivery date. Again, you won’t be able to get another replacement phone until 6 months have elapsed after you received this one.

For those who have not been active with Cintex for 6 months, there will be a $25 fee to receive a free standard replacement phone which will come with a 15-day warranty from the shipped date. This is a small price to pay for peace of mind knowing that your lifeline to the world is secured. If you prefer, you can also choose the option to purchase an upgraded phone, a great opportunity to get an even more advanced device at an affordable price​1​.

Cintex Phone Accessory Replacements

The benefits of being a Cintex customer don’t stop at phone replacements. If you’ve lost, damaged, or have a malfunctioning phone accessory, Cintex has got you covered. They will verify the phone’s usage and address any issues with you. If you have been an active Cintex client for at least 6 months and have not received one previously, you will receive a free accessory.

For those who have not been with Cintex for 6 months, all Lifeline accessory replacements can be obtained for a $10 cost. The accessory replacement options are a battery, door, charger, and SIM card. What’s more, Cintex will make an exception for all ACP clients after 30 days of service for a free one-time charger replacement, with a maximum allowed of one free replacement charger per year. The ACP client must purchase another new charger for $10 after this one-time free replacement charger. The purpose of this charge is to pay the costs of shipping and handling. If you request two or more accessories at once, only $10 will be charged​​.

All free standard Lifeline and ACP phones are covered by a 15-day manufacturing fault warranty. If an equipment problem occurs within 15 days of the shipping or received date, Cintex will verify the usage of the phone and troubleshoot with you before issuing a free standard replacement phone.

If you’ve been active with Cintex Wireless for at least 6 months and haven’t received a free replacement phone before, Cintex will check the usage of the phone, troubleshoot with you, and offer a free standard replacement phone with a 15-day warranty from the shipped date.
